With more than 24 years of professional experience in the Americas, living in Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico and for the last seven years in Miami, he has been responsible for the expansion in Latin America of LLYC, the first communications consultancy in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets with more than 1100 professionals.
Alejandro Romero has worked on the most representative crisis communication projects in the region, such as those of Pacific Industrial Bank or the Bavaria case, and the shareholder dispute over the Backus & Jonshton brewery or the BCP case in Peru. He has also advised large family economic groups such as the Santo Domingo Group in Colombia, the Romero Group in Peru, the Luksic Group in Chile, Empresas Polar in Venezuela, and Grupo Financiero Uno in Central America.

He earned a degree in Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela, followed by a master’s in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard.
